Oct. 4 — Nov. 15 2015

This training has been designed for professionals who are looking to:

  • Better manage their stress
  • Have more poise and presence in the midst of chaos
  • Perform better under pressure
  • Access greater levels of creativity

This training is highly experiential and integrates: mindfulness, somatics, martial arts, improv theatre, and experience with the natural world. Each session will build on itself in an iterative cycle of theoretical learning, experience, and reflection.

The program starts on Sunday Oct.4 with a half day out in nature. We will then meet at 2030 17th St., every Tuesday from 5:30 to 7:30 for 6 weeks. The training will conclude with another half day in nature on Sunday the 14th of November.

The program costs $324/person, and is limited to 20 people. Group discounts are available. Please get in touch with Michael Rich or Sam Elmore if you have any questions.

Part of transforming the way people experience being at work comes from bringing the principles of awareness, choice & practice to our group dynamics. Another part comes from bringing the same principles to our individual development. In regards to the latter, we have been inspired for a long time to create a training program that aims to increase personal resiliency. We will be writing in more detail about why we chose to focus on resiliency in particular, but for now, lets think of resiliency is one of those capacities that support everything else we are trying to develop in our lives and at work...

Please contact us if you have any questions about the program.
